Change of Mind Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed chemical products.
If your item is unopened and in original condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return assessment.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the product and packaging

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Return Conditions
• Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition (where return is approved).
• Shipping fees are not refundable, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Our goods are supplied with consumer guarantees as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
