Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to BioX Clean.
BioX Clean operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of our Services.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, product images, colours, and appearance may vary depending on device screens and settings.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Our product range includes biosecurity disinfectants and industrial cleaning chemicals intended for professional and commercial use.
BioX Clean is a distributor, not the manufacturer, of ViralFX™ products.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance by BioX Clean. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.
Order cancellations may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.
You agree to provide valid and authorised payment details and authorise us to charge the total amount for your order, including applicable shipping fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship within Australia only.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, opened or used chemical products may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping fees are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
SECTION 7 – PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Some products supplied by BioX Clean are intended for professional or industrial use only and must be handled by trained users in accordance with the product label and safety data sheets (SDS).
ViralFX™ products must be used strictly in accordance with the label instructions and applicable regulations.
BioX Clean is a distributor of ViralFX™ and is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or use outside label directions.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to BioX Clean and is protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.
